Biggin Hill Recreation Ground
The Friends of Biggin Hill Parks help manage and enhance Biggin Hill Recreation Ground, Biggin Hill, under the guidance of the London Borough of Bromley. Amenity recreation site. Ring 020 8313 4493 for up to date contact for this Friends Group or to talk to the relevant Parks Partnership Officer.


Bromley Countryside Service
Promotes biodiversity through education and interpretation activities and works with the community on various Council-owned sites in this area Also provides advice and organises midweek programme of practical work on selected privately-owned and Council-owned farmland. Blackbush Shaw
Large area of woodland, including glades of chalk grassland. Some management work undertaken by volunteers during the year at variable times. Please ring the Woodland Trust on 01476 581111 for contact details of the Woodland Trust Officer.

Bromley Bridleways Access Group

Downe Bank
Chalk grassland and woodland site owned by Kent Wildlife Trust. Volunteers undertake practical management work and survey work at varied times over the year. Click here for further information about KWT and the site.

Enbro
Monitors access routes in the countryside. Helps to maintain these routes through the efforts of individual members. Raises funds for enhancement of the local environment. Click here for further information.

High Elms Country Park
Extensive area of woodland and chalk downland, with some formal grounds. Volunteers help manage the site, survey species and habitats, help with events and assist with the management of the Nature Centre. For more information, please ring 01689 862815.


Orpington Field Club
Local naturalist group. Visits and surveys sites with nature conservation interest within the London Borough of Bromley and beyond. Specialist groups of species also recorded.
